La santé mentale et la poésie, en particulier le Spoken Word, sont intrinsèquement liées. Il y a tellement de pouvoir dans les mots, dans le langage et dans la performance. Parfois ils apportent un soutien, parfois ils sont un exutoire. Parfois, ils guérissent. Nous avons toujours pensé que la poésie est un endroit où se sentir en sécurité et aimé. Nous espérons que plus de personnes trouveront leur chemin vers ce monde que nous aimons tant.
Rendez-vous le 16 octobre à 20h30 pour profiter ensemble d’un instant d’écoute et de libre expression. Au plaisir de vous y voir nombreux.euses !

Mental health and poetry, especially Spoken Word, are intrinsically connected. There is so much power in words, in language, and in performance. Sometimes they provide support, sometimes they are an outlet. Sometimes they heal. We’ve always believed that poetry is a place to feel safe and loved. We hope that more people will find their way to this world we love so much.

Geestelijke gezondheid en poëzie, in het bijzonder Spoken Word, zijn intrinsiek met elkaar verbonden. Er zit zoveel kracht in woorden, in taal, en in performance. Soms bieden ze steun, soms zijn ze een uitlaatklep. Soms genezen ze. Wij hebben altijd geloofd dat poëzie een plek is om je veilig en geliefd te voelen. We hopen dat meer mensen hun weg zullen vinden naar deze wereld waar we zo van houden.
